MEAL PLANS

Here at Buck-70 Fitness, we don't believe in extreme dieting for restricting the foods you love. Instead, we will help you create a 12-week meal plan (rotating every 4 weeks). We believe in balance and will provide you with recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks. All our meals are easy to cook yourself from home and guaranteed to be tasty! Say goodbye to diets and join our 12-week programme to discover food that you will enjoy cooking and eating, which will have real results.
